G Type SiC Heating Elements
The gun shaped silicon carbide rod is an improved version of a U-shaped silicon carbide rod, which extends a length of 40-60 at one end of the U-shape to support the rod body. This type of rod is mainly used in the glass bottle industry and is used in conjunction with a five segment rod (double heating element equal diameter rod).
